If you plan on commissioning me, please at least skim through this. I understand it's long, but if you do not follow to my TOS, i will cancel the commission.

1. general terms

★ Please write in a clear and nice manner.★ Provide neat references, which includes a pose reference and a character reference.★ Any rude behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if that occurs.★ If you fail to follow the rules provided i have the right to decline your commission.

2. payment

★ All commissions are paid for after the first sketch.★ The currency i accept is ROBUX and GBP. paypal, kofi is fine.

3. process

★ WIPS will be given for the customer decides if they like how the piece is going, if the customer wants more, they can ask.★ Asking for changes is allowed during the process. Too much and it’ll result in extra charge.★The time for the commission can take up to a month depending on many factors such as;
Health, complexity, work, school or other issues.★ If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified.

4. customer satisfsction

★ I will do everything i can to make my customers happy.★ AFTER a commission is finished only minor details are allowed to be changed, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.★ Make sure to be clear with your references.

5. copyright / usage policy

★ I, the artist hold every right to the produced drawing.★ Therefore, i’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ promote myself with in any place or site.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ To display it anywhere to my liking
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Post it wherever i want.★ The commissioner is able to;͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.★ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.★ The following is considered copyright infringement:͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Reproducing/using the work commercially (Meaning making money off it in any way)
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Taking credit for the creation of the work.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Removing any watermarks/signatures. This falls under theft and will absolutely not be tolerated.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Altering the artwork without my consent.★ A purchase of commercial rights to the work will cost extra to the original price.͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Clear credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

6. Cancel / refund policy

★ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ You cannot ask for a refund once the commission is complete.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ If money has not been sent the artist has the right to cancel the commission.★ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ You will be forbidden to commission me ever again.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ Your name will be posted everywhere i want for others to watch out for.
͏͏͏͏͏͏➤ I also have every right to file a complaint and i have all right to the money you have given me.
